Official Giveaway Rules
1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of any country where such giveaways are permitted by law, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by The Watch Bros, 2510 W Cervantes St, Pensacola, Florida, USA.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on August 21, 2025 and ends on September 21, 2025 at 7:00 AM (U.S. Central Time).
4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, sign up for the free trial membership (Tier 3) on The Watch Bros platform during the entry period. Each eligible signup counts as one entry into the giveaway.
5. Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner): One (1) watch with an approximate retail value of $300–$900, depending on the watch chosen for the giveaway.

Additional Prizes (3 Winners): Three (3) winners will each receive a $25 credit for The Watch Bros merchandise store.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random during the week following the end of the giveaway. Winners will be notified via The Watch Bros site messaging system and, if available, by email. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, an alternate winner may be chosen at random.
7. Publicity
By entering, participants grant The Watch Bros permission to use their name for promotional purposes in connection with the giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. General Conditions
The Watch Bros reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Watch Bros, its affiliates, and partners from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.
10. Governing Law
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
